Clarification of League restructure for 2017 season
As agreed at the AGM, the league will be restructured into 3 divisions of 5 clubs for the 2017 season. See below for clarification of exactly how it will work and how your club will be affected based on their final league position in 2016
The top 3 clubs in Division 1 will stay up, the bottom 3 will go down to Division 2. The top 2 in Division 2 will go up into Division 1. The bottom 5 clubs in Division 2 will form Division 3.
This means that Division 1 next year will be made up of the top 3 from Division 1 + the top 2 from Division 2 this year.
Division 2 will be the bottom 3 clubs from Division 1 and the clubs finishing 3rd and 4th in Division 2 this year
Division 3 will be the clubs finishing 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th in Division 2 this year.
